摘要
目的探讨复杂断指再植的特点和临床效果。方法对再植指清创后,应用顺行、逆行法进行再植108例,共125指。结果 125指中成活104指,术后成活率为83.2%,其中有6指部分成活,经皮瓣修复等手术治疗后顺利成活。其中84指经6～17个月随访,按中华医学会手外科学会断指再植术后功能评定试用标准:优25指,良32指,优良率为67.8%。结论对于复杂性再植采用积极的综合合理的治疗,能够获得良好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical effect of complicated replantation.Methods One hundred and twenty-five amputated parts on 108 cases of patients were replanted by progressive or regressive methods after debridement.Results One hundred and four fingers in 125 fingers survived,so the postoperative survival rate was 83.2%.Thereinto,6 fingers partially survived,but then those fingers survived smoothly after surgical treatment of skin flaps repair.84 fingers among them were treated by 6-17 months follow-up,according to the trial standard functional evaluation issued by Hand Surgery Association of Chinese Medical Association,25 fingers were excellent,32 fingers were good,the excellent-good rate was 67.8%.Conclusion The complicated replantation can get good efficacy after positive comprehensive reasonable treatment.
