摘要
本研究基于复旦大学内镜诊疗研究所与德国杜塞尔多夫信义医院合作的一项国际性课题,该课题研究的目的在于评估内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗胃早癌患者过程中,对比使用带有注水装置的海博刀和传统的电刀两种不同器械进行治疗的疗效和安全性。研究入组的100例患者有大量信息需要收集并整理,运用Excel建立100例胃早癌患者手术资料信息的数据库,研究管理资料的科学方法。作者在研究中发现运用Excel构建的数据库,不仅简化工作流程,还可获得更为客观、准确地入组患者的信息。
The study is based on an international cooperative project which Fudan University Institute of Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment cooperate with Dusseldorf Faith Hospital of Germany.The objective is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic submucosal dissection （ESD） by use of a new water-jet assisted ESD system using the Hybrid knife in patients with early gastric cancer in comparison to conventional ESD.Plenty of information of 100 patients in group needs to be gathered.So we can use Excel to establish a database to collect operation information and come up a scientific method to manage the information.The author finds that this method can not only simplify process,but also obtain more objective and accurate information.
