摘要
目的观察中医药治疗糖尿病性眼底出血的疗效。方法选取2009年12月～2011年12月在本院糖尿病科就诊的患者32例,根据眼底镜检查确诊后随机分为两组,观察组17例、32眼,对照组15例、27眼。对照组给予控制血糖、血压、血脂等常规治疗,必要时给予激光止血;观察组在对照组基础上口服中药。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过中药治疗可以达到降低、延缓、防止增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展,并最终减少致盲率。
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic eyeground hemorrhage.Methods Thirty two patients,who were diagnosed with ophthalmoscopey in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2011,were randomly divided into two groups,17 cases in observation group with 32 eyes and 15 cases in control group with 27 eyes.Patients in control group were treated with control of blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid,even laser ceilometer when necessary.Patients in observation group were treated with Chinese medicine based on control group.Results The curative effect of observation group was superior to that of control group （P 0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic eyeground hemorrhage can decrease,reduce and prevent the occurrence and development of proliferative diabetic retinopathy,and reduce the rate of blindness in the final.
