摘要
目的观察分析采用膀胱壁瓣输尿管成形术治疗输尿管下段损伤的临床疗效。方法选取1995年1月～2012年6月本院收治的输尿管下段损伤患者67例,随机分成实验组(n=34)和对照组(n=33),分别进行膀胱壁瓣输尿管成形术治疗和带蒂大网膜输尿管成形术治疗,观察临床疗效。结果实验组治疗显效率(82.35%)和总有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(42.42%、72.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组并发症发病率(20.59%)低于对照组(51.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组无严重并发症,对照组有2例严重并发症。结论膀胱壁瓣输尿管成形术治疗输尿管下段损伤效果明显,术后恢复好,并发症少且轻,是良好的治疗方法。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of bladder wall flap ureteral angioplasty in treatment of lower ureteral injury.Methods Sixty-seven cases with lower ureteral injury in our hospital from January 1995 to June 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group （n=34） and control group （n=33）,respectively carried the bladder wall flap ureteral angioplasty treatment and the pedicled omental ureter angioplasty treatment.The clinical efficacy was observed.Results The response rate （82.35%） and total efficiency （94.12%） of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （42.42%,72.73%）,the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）.The incidence of complications of experimental group （20.59%） was lower than the control group （51.52%）,the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）.There was no serious complication in the experimental group and but there were two cases of serious complications in the control group.Conclusion The bladder wall flap ureteral angioplasty in treatment of lower ureteral injury have obvious effect,nice postoperative recovery,fewer complications and is a light,good treatment.
