摘要
目的观察手足口病(HFMD)患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)的变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)抗体夹心法测定15例HFMD患儿(急性期、恢复期)及同期10例健康体检儿童血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10的含量,用SPSS软件对所得数值进行统计学分析。结果 HFMD患儿急性期TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10含量均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。恢复期IL-6含量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而TNF-α和IL-10水平仍高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论 HFMD患儿急性期炎症细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10)水平均显著升高,而抑制性细胞因子IL-10水平和TNF-α水平升高持续到恢复期。
Objective To observe the changes of serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in children with hand,foot and mouth disease (HFMD).Methods The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 content in 15 cases with HFMD (acute phase,convalescence) and the 10 cases of healthy children were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The date for statistical analyzed by SPSS software.Results The value of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 of HFMD in the acute phase were significantly higher than the healthy control group (P 0.05).IL-6 content was not statistically significant between in convalescent and the healthy control group (P 0.05).TNF-α and IL-10 levels were still higher than that of the healthy control group (P 0.05).Conclusion The cytokines (TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10) levels are significantly elevated acute phase of HFMD,while the inhibitory cytokine IL-10 levels and TNF-α levels continued into the recovery period.
