摘要
目的探讨人工髋关节置换术后翻修的主要原因和相关翻修技术。方法 2002年1月—2012年1月以来,该院共进行了156例人工髋关节翻修术,在此基础上,对翻修术的原因进行准确的分析并讨论相关的翻修技术。结果翻修术的原因,首位是假体松动、假体周围发生骨溶解,其次是人工股骨头引发的髋臼磨损,此外有手术操作失误、术后感染等原因。结论假体无菌性松动是引起人工髋关节进行翻修术的主要原因,在进行翻修术的过程中,应当合理的选择髋臼的修复、重建方法,但最重要的是保证初次手术的质量。
Objectiv to study the after hip arthroplasty overhaul of the main reasons and related overhaul technology.Methods From January 2002 to January 2012 since,were conducted in our 156 cases of artificial hip revision procedures,and based on this,the reoperated reasons for accurate analysis and discussion of relevant overhaul technology.Results About reoperated reasons,in the first place is loose prosthesis,prosthesis is happening around bone dissolve,followed by artificial thigh bone cause acetabulum abrasion,in addition,there are operation error,postoperative infection and other reasons.Conclusion Prosthesis aseptic loosening caused by artificial hip joint is the main reason for the revision surgery,in the process of revision procedures shall be reasonable selection of the acetabular repair,reconstruction method,but the most important is to guarantee the quality of the first surgery.
