摘要
目的探讨老年骨折患者的临床护理,提高护理质量。方法选取在该院住院的老年骨折患者共60例,其中32例患者采用心理护理、饮食护理、运动疗法、加强基础护理及实施健康教育的综合护理方法,28例患者采取基础护理的方法,对比两组患者出院时的一般情况。结果综合护理组患者的护理质量优良,无并发症发生,均治愈出院,患者满意度明显高于单纯护理组患者(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理措施是老年骨折患者康复的关键要素之一,综合护理法提高了患者的生命质量,减少术后并发症,提高治愈率,降低病死率,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the nursing care of the elderly fracture patients,and improve the quality of care.Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly fracture patients in our hospital,of which 32 patients with psychological care,diet care,physical therapy,strengthening basic care and integrated care methods of health education,based on 28 patients to take care method,compared the general situation in the two groups of patients were discharged.Results The results of the excellent quality of patient care in integrated care group,no complications were cured,patient satisfaction was significantly higher than the simple care patients（P0.05）.Conclusion Effective care measures are the elderly fracture rehabilitation of patients with one of the key elements,integrated care method to improve the patient＇s quality of life,reduce postoperative complications and improve the cure rate and reduce mortality,improve patient satisfaction.
