摘要
目的培养ICU护士的预见性思维能力,为患者赢得宝贵的抢救时机,以提高危重患者的抢救成功率。方法对ICU护士进行定性预测、定量预测、定时预测的预见性思维能力培养,使其学会采用预见性思维对危急重症患者病情变化进行观察。结果通过对ICU护士预见性思维能力的培养,显著提高了危重患者的抢救成功率,提高患者的满意度,减少潜在的医疗纠纷。结论在ICU护理病情观察中预见性思维的应用可提高急危重症患者的抢救成功率。
Objective The purpose of training the the ICU nurses predictability thinking ability,precious rescue time win for the patients,in order to improve the survival rate of critically ill patients.Methods Qualitative prediction of ICU nurses,quantitative prediction,the timing forecast predictability thinking ability culture,to learn to use the the predictability thinking were observed on emergency and severe illness in patients.Results By the culture of the ICU nurses predictability thinking ability to significantly improve the survival rate of critically ill patients,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the potential for medical malpractice.Conclusion ICU care condition observation the predictability thinking can improve the survival rate of acute and critically ill patients.
