摘要
目的比较关节镜下射频汽化松解术和传统开放手术治疗臀肌挛缩症的近期疗效。方法对行切开手术和关节镜下射频汽化松解术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较两者手术时间、切口长度、术中出血、术后疼痛、手术并发症、下床活动时间、术后住院时间、手术疗效、复发率等指标的优劣。结果关节镜组在切口长度、术中出血、术后疼痛、下床活动时间、术后住院时间5项指标明显优于传统开放手术组(P<0.01),而手术时间、手术并发症、手术疗效、复发率与传统手术组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论关节镜下射频治疗臀肌挛缩症近期疗效满意。
Objective To compare the immediate efficacy of treatment for gluteal muscle contracture（GMC） with release of contractured tissue under arthroscopy radiofrequency and conventional surgery.Methods The patients with traditional surgery and patients with arthroscopic radiofrequency were retrospectively analyzed in terms of operationtime,length of inc-ision,amount of bleeding in operation,postoperativepain,complication-s,time of exercise,postoperative hospitalization days,therapeutic ef-fects and recurrence rate.Results Patients with arthroscopic radiofre-quency had smaller incisions,earlier exercise,less amount of bleeding in operation,less post operative pain and shorter hospitalization days than those witht raditional surgery,but there was no significant diff-erence in operative time,complications（P0.01）,therapeutic effects and recu-rrence rate between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The immediate efficacy of treatment for gluteal muscle contracture（GMC） with release of cont-ractured tissue under arthroscopy radiofrequency is satisfied.
