摘要
目的探讨双排螺旋CT在腰椎间盘突出症诊断鉴别中的价值。方法回顾性分析2009年8月—2011年12月入该院治疗的58例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,统计和分析其CT影像学资料的特征及其与检查结果的一致性。结果 CT特征表现与手术相一致者56例,诊断正确率为96.6%,56例患者经手术检查证实,椎间盘突出的部位、大小、形态及类型均与CT影像特征表现相一致。结论双层螺旋CT在腰椎间盘突出症诊断中具有很高的诊断鉴别价值,值得在临床中推广和使用。
Objectives To observe the value of Double row helical CT on diagnosis and differentiation of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc treated in our hospital from August 2009 to December 2011 were analyzed retrospectively,counting and analyzing the uniformity of the characteristics of CT imaging data and inspection result.Results There were 56 cases of CT characteristics consistent with operation,the correct diagnosis rate was 96.6%.Confirmed by surgical inspection,there were 56 patients,in which the location,size,shape and type of disc was consistent with CT imaging data.Conclusion Double row helical CT on diagnosis and differentiation of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc has high diagnosis value,which is worthy of promotion and application.
