摘要
目的比较保乳手术与改良根治术对于早期乳腺癌患者的治疗效果,评价其临床价值。方法对于2009年12月—2011年6月在该院进行治疗的84例早期乳腺癌患者,按照随机分组的方式分为保乳手术组与改良根治术组,对两组患者手术情况进行比较。结果保乳手术组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后并发症均少于改良根治术组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保乳手术对于早期乳腺癌患者的治疗效果较好,减少了手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间,降低了术后并发症的发生,具有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect comparison of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in early breast cancer.Methods There were 84 patients in our hospital in December 2009 to June 2011.They were divided into modified radical mastectomy group and breast-conserving surgery group.Results The operation time,intra-operative blood loss,hospital stay in breast of conserving surgery group were much less than those in modified radical mastectomy（P0.05）.Conclusion Modified radical mastectomy and breast-conserving surgery both have obvious curative effect in early breast cancer,has good clinical effects.
