摘要
本文收集喉及喉咽癌患者共50例行喉造影检查,其中30例经手术切除或探查。总结了喉造影X线表现。对此其与临床喉镜对喉及喉咽癌的诊断价值,认为喉造影对于会厌喉面,声带、前后联合、声门下区、梨状窝等处病变转易显示,对临床诊断,分型及治疗提供重要的参考。
Laryngography was conducted in 50 patients of laryngeal and laryngoph-aryngeal cancer, Among them 30 have been operated. Their laryngographic appearances were discussed. Laryngography possessed advantages over clinical laryngoscopy in detecting lesions in the epiglottes, true vocal cord, anterior or posterior commisure, subglottic region and piri-form sinus. It was considered to be an important complemtnt to the diagnosis, classification of laryngeal and larygopharyngeal cancer.
