基质金属蛋白2、9、12与慢性阻塞性肺病易感性关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶2、9、12(MMP-2、9、12)的含量与吸烟的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的关系,同时观察 MMP-2、9、12的含量与肺气肿程度的相关性.方法选取 AECOPD 患者90例,健康对照者30例(对照组),采用双抗夹心 ELISA 法测定血清 MMP-2、9、12的含量.结果 AECOPD 患者血清 MMP-2、9、12的水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),AECOPD 患者血清 MMP-2、9、12的含量均与肺功能的严重程度呈正相关.结论 AECOPD 患者血清基质金属蛋白酶的高表达,在 COPD 的发病机制中起了一定的作用,与吸烟人群对 COPD 的易感相关,与 FEV1%占正常预计值,RV/TLC%呈相关性. Objective To investigate the relationship of serum matrix metalloproteinase 2,9,12 (MMP-2, 9, 12) levels with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods The serum contents of MMP-2, 9, 12 were measured in 90 patients with AECOPD and 30 healthy controls using double-antibody sandwich ELISA method. Results The serum MMP-2, 9, 12 levels were significantly higher in patients with AECOPD than those in healthy controls (P〈0.05). In patients with AECOPD, serum MMP-2, 9, 12 levels were positively correlated with the severity of lung function. Conclusion Matrix metalloproteinases may be involved in the pathogenesis of COPD and lung function of COPD patients.
