摘要
目的观察国产羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病（DR）的疗效及安全性.方法选择126例 DR 患者,随机分为实验组和对照组.治疗组64例（124眼）服用国产羟苯磺酸钙胶囊,对照组64例（128眼）服用安慰剂,疗程16周.所有患者均进行常规内科治疗糖尿病,控制血糖.治疗前后对所有患者进行血流变学检查,检眼镜检查和眼底照相.结果实验组 DR 病变情况明显好转,总有效率85.6%,对照组 DR 好转率为52.3%,两组有明显差异（P〈0.01）.而且实验组在16周后血液黏稠度明显较对照组有改善（均 P〈0.05）.结论国产羟苯磺酸钙胶囊是治疗糖尿病视网膜病变有效及安全的药物.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of calcium dobesilate capsules in treatment of diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods One hundred and twenty six type II diabetic patients with retinopathy were randomly assigned into two groups： calcium dobesilate group （n=62, 124 eyes） and control group （n=64, 128 eyes）. All patients underwent conventional medical treatment for diabetes to control blood sugar. Before and after received oral calcium dobesilate capsules or placebo, all patients underwent blood theology, ophthalmoscopy, fundus photography examinations and genotyping analysis of diabetic retinopathy. The whole observation lasted for 16 weeks. Results The total therapeutic rate was 87.1% in the calcium dobesilate group and 52.3% in control group （P〈0.05）. And after 16 weeks of treatment, the bJood viscosity of calcium dobesilate group was improved more markedly than the control group. Conclusion Domestic Calcium Dobesilate Capsules is effective and safe in treatments of diabetic retinopathy.
