摘要 深化本科教学改革,提升教育质量的重要方面是提高本科生的综合应用能力。行动导向教学是一种提高学生综合应用能力的教学范式,具有全面性、兴趣性、主动性、参与性、开放性和手脑平衡性等特点。在本科教学中运用行动导向教学可以有效提高大学生的综合应用能力。行动导向教学法成功的关键是行动导向设计和行动团队的激励及管理。我们可以从领导层重视、将行动导向教学运用于学校实践性教学、开发行动导向教材、培训提升教师、取得社会和企业支持等方面不断完善行动导向教学,使之在本科教学改革中发挥更大的作用。 It is one of the most important ways to deepen the university teaching reforms and increase the education quality to develop the comprehensive abilities of university students. Action-oriented teaching is an efficient teaching paradigm for developing the comprehensive abilities of university students, which has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, interest, activeness, participation, openness, and the balance between hand and mind, etc. It can efficiently develop the comprehensive abilities of university students to employ the action-oriented teaching approach into university teaching. The key to the success of the action-oriented teaching approach is the design of action-oriented teaching activities, the encouragement and the management of the action groups. The quality of action-oriented teaching can be gradually improved from such aspects as the leaders' emphasis, its application into university practical teaching, compiling relevant teaching textbooks, teachers' relevant training and the supports from our enterprises in order to better its function
