摘要
在实验室条件下,研究了不同浓度(0、5、20、25、30 g.L-1)PEG胁迫对1份野生大豆和3份栽培大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,野生大豆、栽培大豆种子的发芽率均随着PEG浓度的增加呈下降趋势,野生大豆、栽培大豆幼苗长势均与PEG浓度呈负相关,且野生大豆的抗旱能力强于栽培大豆。4份大豆种子具有不同程度的耐旱性,野生大豆的耐旱性最强,早熟黄次之,何豆12耐旱性最差。
One wild and three cultivated soybeans were treated with 0,5,20,25 and 30 g·L-1 polyethylene glycol(PEG),and their germination and seedling growth indexes were determined.The germination rate of wild and cultivated soybean decreased with the increase of PEG concentration.The root length,height and fresh weight of soybean seedlings showed negative correlation with PEG concentration.Results suggest the drought resistance of wild soybean was higher than cultivated soybean.
