摘要
目的:观察针刺十七椎等多穴对重度原发性痛经患者的镇痛效应。方法:选取重度原发性痛经患者44例,在疼痛时针刺十七椎、地机、三阴交、次穴,留针30 min,观察针刺前即时、进针5、10、20、30 min及起针后30、60、120min的疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)读值。结果:1)3个治疗周期第1次针刺治疗前即时VAS读数逐渐降低,且第2、3月经周期VAS读数与第1月经周期VAS读数相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2)各个月经周期第1次针刺各时点VAS读数与针刺前即时VAS读数的差值在针刺30min过程中逐渐增大且在针刺20min时差值有很大程度增加。结论:针刺十七椎等多穴对重度原发性痛经患者具有明显的镇痛效应,且该效应具有临床意义;针刺十七椎等多穴治疗重度原发性痛经具有累积镇痛效应。
Objective To observe the pain relieving in the treatment of Severe Primary Dysmenorrhea by Pricking multi-point.Methods Forty three cases of Severe Primary Dysmenorrhea were selected.Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） values were recorded in the immediate time before acupuncture,in 5 min,10 min,20 min and 30 min after needle insertion,as well as in 30 min,60 min and 120 min after needle withdrawal separately.Results 1）VAS values of the three treatment cycles before the first acupuncture treatment were gradually reduced.Compared with the first menstrual cycle,VAS values of the second and the third cycles had significant differences（P0.01）.2）During 30 min of needle retaining,analgesia was enhanced persistently till needle withdrawal in either acupuncture point and I n 20 min after needle insertion,the analgesia was obviously enhanced.Conclution 1）.multi-point acupuncture at Shiqizhui（EX-B8） and other acupoints has apparent analgesia on Severe primary dysmenorrhea and the effect has clinical significance.2）multi-point acupuncture at Shiqizhui（EX-B 8） and other acupoints has apparent analgesia on Severe primary dysmenorrhea and the effect is cumulative.
