摘要
目的:了解鹿城区男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病病毒/性传播疾病(HIV/STD)的感染状况以及HIV/STD在该人群的流行特点,为制定有针对性的干预策略提供依据。方法:2009年-2011年对鹿城区MSM人群进行问卷调查及血清学检测。结果:2009年-2011年,分别调查MSM人群203名、403名、401名,HIV阳性率分别为3.45%、5.21%、9.23%。最近6个月与异性发生过性行为的占35.45%,安全套每次使用率为38.94%。结论:鹿城区MSM人群HIV感染状况不容乐观,与异性发生性行为的比例较高,安全套使用率较低,提示艾滋病的传播极有可能从此人群向普通人群扩散,应加大力度采取预防和干预措施。
Objective：To understand the infection staus and the epidemic characteristics of HIV/STD in MSM population,to provide basis for formulating the targeted intervention strategies.Methods： The questionnaire investigation and serological detection were conducted among MSM population in Lucheng district from 2009 to 2011.Results： A total of 203,403 and 401 MSM cases were investigated in 2009,2010 and 2011 respectively,the positive rates of HIV were 3.45%,5.21%,9.23%,respectively.In recent 6 months,35.45% of them had sex with women,the usage rate of condom was 38.94%.Conclusion： HIV infection status among MSM population in Lucheng is not optimistic,the proportion of those who have sex with women is high,the rate of using condom is low,indicating the spread of AIDS is likely from the MSM population to the general population,the prevention and intervention measures should be strengthed.
