摘要
目的建立滴定法测定含碘复方苯甲酸醇溶液中碘和碘化钾的含量,为制定其质量标准提供依据。方法分别以硫代硫酸钠(0.1 mol/L)、硝酸银(0.1 mol/L)为滴定液,用滴定法测定含碘复方苯甲酸醇溶液中碘、碘化钾的含量。结果本实验中碘、碘化钾在加入5%碘酊1.0~6.0 ml范围内分别与硫代硫酸钠、硝酸银滴定液消耗体积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。低、中、高3种剂量碘的平均回收率分别为99.37%、99.34%、99.47%;相对标准差(RSD)分别为0.21%、0.34%、0.38%;低、中、高3种剂量碘化钾的平均回收率分别为100.53%、100.42%、100.32%;RSD分别为0.40%、0.19%、0.28%。结论本实验方法简便、快捷、准确,可为含碘复方苯甲酸醇溶液的质量控制方法提供参考。
Objective To establish a titration method in determination of contents of iodine and potassium iodide in boric benzoic aicd alcoholic with iodine solutions in order to provide the quality standard. Methods Contents of iodine and potassium iodide in boric benzoic aicd alcoholic with iodine solutions were detected by titration method with sodium thiosulfate (0.1 tool/L) and silver nitrate (0.1 mol/L) as the titrant respectively. Results The experimental iodine and potassium iodide in 5% iodine tincture (1.0 ml -6.0 ml) respectively with consumption volume of sodium thiosulfate and silver nitrate titration solution showed a good linear relationship ( r = 0. 9999) ; the average recovery rates of iodine in low, middle and high doses were 99.37% , 99.34% and 99.47% respectively; relative standard deviation (RSD) were 0.21% , 0.34% and 0.38% ; the average recovery rate of potassium iodide in low, middle and high doses were 100. 53% , 100.42% and 100.32% respectively; and RSD were 0.40% , 0. 19% and 0.28%. Conclusion The method may be a simple and accurate method for providing reference of quality control in boric benzoic aicd alcoholic with iodine solutions.
