摘要
为了准确研究汽流偏角对湿度测量误差的影响,采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT模拟分析了一定排汽压力和颗粒尺寸下,不同蒸汽流速和汽流偏角对测量误差的影响。结果表明:当汽流偏角较小时,测量误差受蒸汽流速的影响较小,受汽流偏角的影响较大,测量误差小;当偏角较大时,误差不仅与汽流偏角有关,而且受蒸汽流速的影响明显,测量误差偏大。减小谐振腔的安装偏角,能有效减小湿度测量的误差;汽轮机处于变工况运行时,通过进行测量误差修正,能使湿度测量达到较高的精度。
In order to study the impact of the steam flow declination on the humidity measurement errors accurately, the measurement errors on different steam flow rates and steam flow angles under certain exhaust pressure and particle size were analysed using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT. Results show that the measurement error is less affected by the steam flow rate at samll steam flow declinations, but more affected by the steam flow declina- tions, and the measurement error is samll too. While a obviously close relation with it has been seen as well as the steam flow rate at large steam flow declination and the measurement error is large. It is found that reducing the installa- tion declination of the cavity can reduce measurement error effectively. When the steam turbinew is on the variable pa- rameter operation, the humidity measurements can achieve high accuracy by measurement error correction.
