摘要
SiCp/Al复合材料是具有优良物理、机械性能的难加工材料,常规切削加工存在加工精度及表面质量差的问题。为解决此类材料精密加工问题,采用超声振动复合切削加工方法,设计了专用的超声振动复合切削加工装置,并进行切削加工试验研究。试验结果表明,超声振动切削加工可显著提高SiCp/Al复合材料加工精度及表面质量。
SiCp/Al composites has excellent physical and mechanical properties,but is so difficult to cut, that cutting it with conventional methods causes low machining precision and surface quality. In order to improve its machining precision, a technology of ultrasonic vibrational combined cutting is studied and special device of ultrasonic vibrational combined cutting is developed. The cutting tests are carried out, and the results show that ultrasonic vibrational cutting can greatly improve the machining precision and surface quality of this kind of material.
