摘要
应用矿山安全系统工程方法,探索了危险源辨识与控制、现场处理能力、全过程动态监管、安全教育和安全文化建设等4个方面的关系,构建了大吉山钨业的安全生产管理系统,并在实践中取得了较好成果。
This paper studies the relationship among risk source identification and control, on-site treatment capacity, the whole process of dynamic regulation, safety education and safety culture construction by applying mine safety systems engineering approach. The production safety management system of Dajishan Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd. is constructed. The production practice testifies the good effects of this system.
