摘要
广西某钨矿原矿含WO36.2%,原矿中的钨主要是以黑钨矿的形式存在,还有少量的钨华和白钨矿,采用磁-重联合流程,即采用一粗一精一扫湿式强磁选—钨粗精矿再摇床精选流程,可以达到钨回收率为92.19%的选矿指标,获得钨品位为71.74%,品质达国家二类一级品标准的优质钨精矿。
The WO3 grade of a tungsten ore amounts to 6.2 %. The tungsten ore is mainly in the form of wolframite and small amounts of scheelite. The combined processing of magnetic separation and gravity flow are applied. Quality WOz concentrate of the first class standard with grade reaching 71.74 %. Tungsten recovery rate is 92.19 %.
