摘要
住户无酬劳动虽然不在SNA生产范围之内,但它对于全面反映社会生产成果和经济福利、正确评价女性在社会经济中的作用、促进国际比较的客观性和国民经济账户的一致性具有重要意义。本文总结了国际上住户无酬劳动核算的最新进展,包括估价方法、数据来源和核算工具,分析了中国住户无酬劳动核算的现状,在此基础上提出了建立和完善中国住户无酬劳动核算的建议。
Although unpaid household labor falls outside the SNA production boundary, it is important in describing production results and economic wellbeing, judging the social and economic role of women, promoting the objectivity of international comparison and eonsistency of national accounts. This paper summarizes the international progress of unpaid household labor accounting, including valuation methods, data sources and accounting tools, then analyzes the status of China＇s unpaid household labor accounting, and gives advice on how to set up and improve unpaid household labor accounting in China.
