摘要
应用有限元软件ANSYS建立某机车轮轴配合结构,采用扩展拉格朗日乘子法对轮轴过盈配合进行非线性接触分析,获得轮轴配合后应力分布规律。通过比较分析实心轴和不同空心轴时轮轴的应力分布,说明增大空心轴内孔直径能在降低材料损耗、减小结构重量的情况下,有效避免轮轴配合表面和轮毂腹板的应力集中,但在包含腹板的轮轴配合部分轴孔处却出现较大应力,为轮轴配合参数优化提供参考。
A interference fit model of axle and wheel is set up in the FEA software ansys. The expanding Lagrange multiplier method is applied to analyze the nonlinear contact problem. The law of stress distribution is gained. Comparing stress distribution between solid axis structure and a hollow axle structure show that the increase of the inner hole diameter can lower material loss, reduce the weight of the structure, effectively avoid the stress concentration of the surface of fit model of axle and wheel and the hub webs. But the more stress present at the part of the axial and wheel which contains the web.
