摘要
研究军用工程装备虚拟训练系统开发中的几个关键性技术难题。首先探讨基于快速三维拟合曲面技术和NURBS复合曲面重构技术的工程装备零部件三维建模方法,阐述建模步骤与生成方法。其次研究三维视图环境中的可视化零部件装配交互式控制技术,以生成逼真形象的拆装交互训练场景。最后研究了虚拟维修与拆装环境中的碰撞检测技术,以恰当处理虚拟空间中的零部件运行、装配和原理演示问题。
Abstract. In this work, several key techniques for the development of engineering equipment virtual training system are addressed. Firstly the reconstruction method for three views of machine parts is proposed based on rapid 3D surface fitting as well as NURBS composite surface. Then the interactive control techniques for the 3D visualization interactive assembly is studied in detail. The key technology of collision detection is also illuminated in the last. The entire construction machinery support training system, that includes structure expressing, principle demonstration, panoramic roaming, disassembly training as well as maintenance and repair training, is developed.
