摘要 经济发展为汽车制造企业带来了新的发展机遇,为了使中国汽车制造企业在激烈的竞争中能够进一步提高生产效率、降低生产成本、提高产品质量,提出应在汽车生产过程中进行物流监控。通过分析现有监控技术在汽车物流监控中的应用现状,根据汽车整车制造的特点,发现现有条码技术在汽车整车制造过程监控中存在不足,为迎合汽车物流监控的未来发展趋势,提出了基于RFID技术的物流监控系统,并结合汽车制造企业生产管理现状,分析RFID系统的需求和设计原则,最终得出RFID系统在汽车整车制造物流监控中的实现方法,并给出了应用实例。 Analysis the existing application status of the monitoring and controlling technology in the automotive logistics monitoring and controlling, according to the characteristics of automobile manufacturing, that the existing bar code technology in the automobile manufacturing process monitoring and controlling have deficiencies, in order to meet the future development trend of automotive logistics monitoring and controlling proposed RFID technology-based logistics monitoring and controlling system, according to enterprise production management status, analysis RFID system requirements and design principles, ultimately come to the implementation method of the RFID system in the automobile manufacturing logistics monitoring and controlling, and the give the application example.
