摘要
智能变电站是构建坚强智能电网的基础,工程监理责任重大。回顾了上海电网建设变电站,从常规化到自动化到数字化到智能化的重大历程。介绍了以IEC 61850通信规范为抓手,按照《智能变电站技术导则》、《智能变电站设计规范》、《智能变电站继电保护技术规范》的要求,建设220kW泸定智能变电站的技术特点和施工经验。智能变电站直接面向客户,在提高供电质量、可靠性和降低线损等方面起着关键作用,其科学的供电模式、合理的网架以及广泛的分布式电源接入,将使上海电网运行更加经济和可靠。
