摘要
随着城市建设的不断发展,绿化在城市建设中的地位和作用越来越重,而园林绿化施工系室外作业,劳动强度大,安全系数低,可变因素大,作业人员素质参差不齐,尽管近年来施工技术水平不断提高,园林绿化建设程序不断规范及完善,作业条件和环境不断改善,但由于建设量大、施工队伍多、思想观念不重视,目前施工现场工人的劳动作业条件、劳动保护及规范化作业仍有众多不足之处,安全作为整个人类最基本、最重要的需要,需要充分认识其重要性,应将其放在重要的位置上。通过对园林绿化施工现场现状的分析,寻找一些对策来解决园林绿化施工安全管理的困境。
With the development of the city construction,l andscaping plays a more and more important role in city construction. However, landscaping is an outdoor work with high labor intensity, low security coefficient, and multiple variable factors. Besides, the quality of the workers isof big difference. Despite the continuous improvement of constructi- ng techniques, the ever-lasting standardization and perfection of landscaping process and the constant bettering of working conditions, there are still many shortcomings in working environment, working protection and standardized working. Security, as the most fundamental and most important need, requires dose attention with top priority. The article, by means of analyzing the situation on landscaping sites, endeavors to find out some handling strategies to solve the problems exist- ing in security management of landscaping.
