摘要
随着经济的不断发展和科技的不断进步,我国的建筑工程取得了突发猛进的发展,一定程度上促进了经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高。而对于一个建筑物能否取得成功,关键在于建筑工程的基础有没有打好。因此作为基础之一的预应力管桩的质量将显得非常的重要。只有将预应力管桩的质量做好了,才能够建设出比较完备的建筑工程。因此,对预应力管桩的研究可以在很大程度上对建设工程的质量、进度以及效益造成影响。对此本文研究的课题是试论建筑工程基础预应力管桩施工。近年来,我国很多的建筑工程频繁曝出质量差的事件,由此也在一定程度上暴露出,我国对建筑工程基础预应力管桩的研究还不够透彻。对此,本文就预应力管桩的特点,工作实践依据施工要点等方面进行逐一分析和研究。
With the continuous development of theeconomy and the continuous advancement of science and technology, China＇s construction work madeunexpected development, w- hich promoting the economic development and the improv- ement of people＇s living standards to some extent.As for the success of a building, the key lies in wether the basis of the construction works play well or not.Therefore,as one of the foundations , the quality of the prestressed pipe is very important.On/y with the good quality prestressed pipe ,it can be able to completeeonstruction works. This paper studies focus on the construction of the prestressed pipe pile in buildings＇ foundation engineering. This paper analyzes the characteristics of prestressed pipe pile and makes a further study and analysis by combing with work practice which based on the construction keypoints.
