摘要
本文结合笔者多年的工作实践和学习研究,阐述了从思想创新、丰富馆藏、服务创新、编研创新及培养人才等方面来加强城建档案的管理。
Combined with many years of working practice and learning,the author proposes to strengthen the management of urban construction archives by ideological innovation,collection enrichment,service innovation,compilation innovation and personneltraining.
