摘要
随着我国现代化建设步伐的加快,越来越多的高层(超高层)建筑如雨后春笋的出现在街头。透过华丽的外表,作为一名建筑施工单位的技术人员,我更关心的是如何确保其使用功能。作为消防系统中的重要组成部分,防排烟系统功能的优劣直接关系到人员的生命安全,特别是高层建筑,楼层高、人员密集、疏散难度大,保证疏散通道的畅通尤为重要。本文以中国证券大厦在防排烟系统中设计与施工的案例,详细阐述防排烟系统在设计和施工中要关注的技术要点。
With the accelerated pace of China＇s rood ernization, more and more high-level （super senior） bui lding mushroomed appeared in the streets.as a Technic al staff of the constrttction unit ,through the gorgeous 1 ooks, l am more concerned about is how to ensure its u se.As an important part of the fire protection system, th e pros and cons of the smoke control system is directly related to the lives and safety of the staff, especially for those high-rise building with high floor, crowded peop le and more evacuation difficulty, so it is particularly i mportant to ensure the smooth flow of evacuation rout es.Taking the design and construction of the smoke co ntrol system of China Securities Building as an exainpl e, this paper elaborates the technical points to should b e concerned in the design and the construct on of smoke control system.
