摘要
美国已形成了以非关税壁垒和经济区域化为主要特征的超级贸易保护网。在当今自由贸易与保护贸易政策并存、区域 (集团 )化趋势日益加强的形势下 ,中国应借鉴美国贸易保护政策的一些做法 ,合理地保护本国的民族经济及国内市场 。
The U.S. has formed a super trade protection network characterized by non-tariff barrier and regionalized economy. Nowadays, under the circumstances of the co-existence of free trade and trade protection policy along with the increasing advancement toward regionalized (or group) economy, China should draw on the experiences of the U.S. concerning the trade protection policy. In so doing, it is expected to protect reasonably China's national economy and domestic market so that its economy will enjoy sustainable development.
