摘要
目的观察无菌纳米创伤贴对外科伤口愈合的疗效。方法 120例患者分为治疗组62例,对照组58例。治疗组使用无菌纳米创伤贴,对照组使用普通市售纱布,比较两组患者伤口愈合的情况。结果治疗组患者伤口愈合总有效率(100%)高于对照组(86.2%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无菌纳米创伤贴可有效用于外科手术伤口的包扎及换药护理,促进伤口愈合,安全性好,使用方便。
Objective To observant the effect of sterile nano wound dressing on the healing of surgical wound. Methods All of 120 cases with surgical wounds were divided into two groups-the treatment group （62 cases） in which sterile nano wound dressing to be used and the control group （58 cases） in which common gauze to be used, then observant the effect. Results The effective rate wasl00%in treatment group, and 86.2% in control group, the differences had statistical sianifl- canee （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sterile nano wound dressing call be effectively used for surgical wound dressing and dressing care and Promote wound healing. It is safe and easy to use .
