摘要
文章建立了空气中酚类化合物的间隔流动注射分光光度法测定的方法。实验结果表明:在浓度范围为0.000 mg/L~0.200 mg/L内线性良好,方法的检出限为0.33μg/L,当采样体积为50 L时,最低检出质量浓度为0.000 132 mg/m3,平行样相对标准偏差为0.7%~2.6%,标准考核样测得结果相对误差为1.5%;与4-氨基安替比林分光光度法相比,两者的分析结果相对偏差<5%。间隔流动注射分光光度法测定酚类化合物灵敏度高,检出限低,精密度和准确度好,且操作快速简便,适合大批量样品的测定。
The phenols in air were determined by flow injection analysis. The results indicated that good linearity was ob- tained in range from 0. 000 mg/L to 0. 200 mg/L with limit of detection 0. 33 μg/L. When the air sample is 50 liter, the lowest detection concentration is 0. 000 132 mg/m3 , relative standard deviation between 0. 7% and 2. 6% and relative error of standard solution 1.5%. The relative deviation of the results obtained from flow injection analysis and 4 - amino - antipylin spectrophotom- etry was less than 5%. The precision, accuracy and sensitivity of flow injection analysis were very high, while the detect limit was low. This method is easy to operate and fit mass testing.
