摘要
文章介绍了SNCR脱硝的反应机理,分析了温度窗口、氨氮比、停留时间、烟气组分等因素对脱硝效率的影响。NH3作还原剂时最佳脱硝温度集中在950℃附近、尿素的最佳脱硝温度集中在1 000℃,氨氮比应控制在1.0~2.0之间。阐述了SNCR技术在水泥行业的应用情况,提出SNCR是适合水泥行业的脱硝技术。
The basic concept and the denitrogenation mechanisms of selective non - catalytic reduction (SNCR) were de- scribed in this paper. Thermal DeNOx could achieve much higher denitration efficiency with a temperature of 950℃, while NOxOUT process was 1 000℃. The optimal NH3/NO value should be kept at between 1.0 -2. 0 to achieve NOx reduction as well as low NH3 emission. Residence time and oxygen content in the flue gas, factors which influence NOx reduction efficiencies, were also discussed. Using SNCR to control cement kiln NOx were also introduced and it is concluded that SNCR is a suitable technique to control cement kiln NOx.
