全尾砂膏体缓凝原因研究及对策 被引量:2

The Research of the Reasons and Countermeasures for the Retardation Setting of the Unclassified Tailings Cemented Paste Materials

摘要 某铅锌矿膏体充填系统所制备的膏体出现了长期不凝固(15天)的现象。首先利用清洗后的尾砂测试其凝结性能,然后优选效果较好的速凝剂以解决该问题。结果显示,清洗后的尾砂所配制的膏体初、终凝时间分别缩短了50%和20%,说明选矿药剂残留能够影响膏体的凝结。当添加量为水泥重量的3~5%时,水玻璃的添加能够加速膏体的凝结;但是,当添加量低于0.15%时,缓凝现象加剧。 The cemented paste materials for underground backfill in a Zinc and Lead Mine can not be solidified for 15 days. Firstly, the coagulation performance is tested with the washed tailings, and then the better accelerated agent was selected from different types for solving this problem. The results shows that both the initial and final setting time of the paste made by the washed tailings was shorten by 50% and 20%, means that the setting of the cements was effected by the residues of beneficiations reagents. The sodium silicates could made the cemented paste setting accelerated with the dosage at the 35% weight of the cements. The retardation setting would become more severity once the dosage less than 0.15% weight of cements.
