摘要
对铼酸铵萃取生产工艺进行实验研究,采用单因素实验考察了各因素即萃取过程的反应条件对铼的分配比的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,预防和消除了乳化,提高了金属铼的分配比以及稀贵稀散金属资源铼的综合回收率,铼的分配比可达到99%以上。
The experimental research on Ammonium Perrhenate extraction process optimization is introduced in this article. Through the experiment of single factor or the reaction conditions of extraction process, we studied the influence on the distribution ratio of ammonium, identified the best process conditions, prevented and eliminated the emulsification, promoted the distribution ratio and the comprehensive recycle of rare and precious metals resources. The results show that the distribution ratio is over 99%.
