摘要
较全面地介绍了目前国内外大型瓜果(甜瓜、西瓜、柚子等)品质检测分级技术的研究现状以及方法,包括声波特性、振动频谱法、电磁技术、机器视觉技术以及光谱技术。同时,提出了大型水果的检测分级技术目前存在的问题,并对未来大型水果品质检测分级技术的发展予以展望。
This article present the situation and measures of the technology of inspection and grading to the quality of large fruits（such as melon,watermelon,pomelo,et al） at home and abroad.The methods contain acoustic property,vibration frequency spectrum,electromagnetic technology,computer vision,spectroscopy,et al.At the same time,The article also point out the problem of the technology of inspection and grading to large fruits,and prospects the development of this technology.
