摘要
从医院的急诊医疗入手,剖析了该市目前急救医疗的现状,找出了存在的问题:(1)专业化程度不够,缺乏专职急救人员;(2)急诊运送、监护设备亟年完善;(3)该院急诊病例构成中首位是外伤,第二位是中毒;(4)院前就治程序待完善。同时提出了一些良好的建议及措施。
The present conditions and improvement measures of medical emergency esrvices are discussed from: what and how much remodel in a facility to accommodate today' s technology needs such as call, computer, nedication, monitoring systems; improve transportation pattern, efficiency, safety, thus easing access for patients; facilitate the network to call relevant u-nits for their immediate set out without delay in arrangement; success is related to all the actions, the measures and the ba-haviors that concur to guarantee rapid, coordinated, effective emergency treatment; train and bring up full - time professionals specializing in emergency treatment for them, in addition to clinical work, improve the standard of critical care practice for various intensive care and emergency units, and develop the making of medical personnel to appropriately manage care in these areas.
