母细胞性浆细胞样树突细胞肿瘤一例报告及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 1病例报告 患者，男，36岁，因“全身多发斑丘疹4个月余”于2009—10—28到中山医科大学肿瘤防治中心就诊。入院前4个月余患者无明显诱因出现胸部及右上肢多发性斑丘疹，直径1～3cm，色淡红，无瘙痒、疼痛。后左后颈、右肘部及右胸壁皮下逐渐出现直径为3～7cm无痛性皮下结节，表面皮肤渐呈暗紫色，无瘙痒、破溃，无发热、盗汗，无体质量下降。
