摘要
目的:评价种植义齿修复第二磨牙缺失的咀嚼功能。方法:以天然牙列例为对照组,采用改良分光度法测量10例患者种植义齿的前、后咀嚼效能。同时对患者种植义齿修复后咀嚼功能的满意度进行调查。分析患者种植义齿单冠的咀嚼效能与其咀嚼功能问卷调查得分的相关性。结果:种植义齿单冠修复的咀嚼效能与天然牙列无统计性差异,患者对种植义齿单冠修复的咀嚼效能做出了肯定的回答。结论:种植义齿单冠修复第二磨牙的咀嚼效能与天然牙列咀嚼效能相似。咀嚼功能问卷调查满意,是第二磨牙缺失修复的首选方法。
Objective：To evaluate the masticatory function of second molar restored with implant-supported denture.Methods：The study was made by the improved spectrophotometry,10 cases before and after second molar implant supported denture and natural dentition cases as control group.At the same time,the satisfaction survey of implant denture masticatory function was carried out.The correlation between patients with implant denture masticatory efficiency and masticatory function questionnaire score was analyzed.Results：There existed no statistical difference between the masticatory efficiency of single crown restoration of implant denture and natural dentition,and the masticatory efficiency improved significantly before and after implanting of the second molar,and the difference was statistically significant.Patients with single crown restoration made a positive answer to masticatory efficiency.Conclusion：The masticatory efficiency of implant denture of single crown second molars is similar to the natural dentition.According to the masticatory function questionnaire,implant denture is the preferred method of second molar restoration.
