摘要
目的:探讨平阳霉素加地塞米松瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的疗效。方法:选择口腔颌面部静脉畸形的患者56例,采用平阳霉素8mg,地塞米松5mg,2%利多卡因2～4mL混合液瘤内注射治疗。结果:优级49例,好级5例,中级2例,有效率100%。结论:治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形采用瘤内直接注射平阳霉素加地塞米松疗效显著,安全可靠,操作简便,副作用小。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of direct intratumoral injection treatment for oral and maxillofacial arteriovenous malformations by using pingyangmycin plus dexamethasone.Methods：56 cases of arteriovenous malformations were chosen and treated with 2-4ml mixture of pingyangmycin 8mg,dexamethasone 5 mg,2% lidocaine injection into the arteriovenous malformations.Results：The number of ＂excellent＂ result after intratumoral injection treatment was 49 cases,＂good＂ was 5 cases,and ＂intermediate＂ was 2 cases,the efficiency was 100%.Conclusion：The treatment of oral and maxillofacial arteriovenous malformations using intratumoral injection of PYM plus dexamethasone is effective,safe,reliable,easy to operate,and has little side effects.
