后牙区牙槽骨位点保存的临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:评价后牙区拔牙后应用位点保存技术预防牙槽骨吸收的临床疗效。方法:58例后牙区患牙的患者随机分为2组,实验组患者拔牙后牙槽窝内即刻植入Bio-Oss Collagen,表面覆盖Bio-Gide膜,对照组拔牙后缝合或压迫止血,半年后拍摄X线片观察牙槽骨密度、高度、新骨轮廓的变化。结果:2组比较,术后半年实验组骨密度、新骨轮廓明显优于对照组,垂直向骨吸收量明显小于对照组,两组之间具有统计学差异。结论:位点保存技术可以很好的维持牙槽嵴骨量,减少因拔牙造成的骨缺损,为后期的种植提供良好的位点条件。 Objective:To evaluate clinical effect on prevention of alveolar bone absorption by using site preservation in posterior areas after extraction.Methods:58 patients of sick teeth in posterior areas were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the experimental group were implanted Bio-Oss Collagen immediately in alveolar fossa after extraction,which covered Bio-Gide on the surface.Patients in control group were sutured or hemostasised by oppressing.Two groups were observated the change of alveolar bone density,height and new bone contour by taking radiographs after half a year.Results:Compared with two groups,bone density and new bone contour of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group after half a year,while absorption of vertical bone were significantly lower than that of control group.There was statistically significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:Site preservation technology can maintain bone of alveolar ridge perfectly,and reduce bone defect caused by extraction,which contributes to provide an ideal condition for later implanting.
