安氏Ⅰ类错年轻成人前牙区牙槽宽度及根尖位置的特征 被引量:3

Characteristics of Anterior Root Apex Position and Alveolar Width of the Young Adults with Angle Class Ⅰ Malocclusion

摘要 目的:研究安氏Ⅰ类错年轻成人前牙区牙槽宽度和根尖位置特征。方法:安氏Ⅰ类错88名,拍摄头颅定位侧位片,测量并计算上下颌切牙根尖到周围皮质骨位置关系的12项指标及下颌平面角。测量值与正常成人的相应数据比较。结果:男性上切牙根尖比女性组上切牙根尖远离腭平面且靠近根尖前方的唇侧皮质骨;男性下切牙根尖比女性下切牙根尖远离下颌平面且根尖处牙槽骨宽度也比女性值大。与正常比较,男性上切牙根尖靠近腭平面,下切牙根尖远离下颌平面且靠近根尖前方的唇侧皮质骨、女性上切牙根尖靠近腭平面和根尖后部的腭侧皮质骨。研究组男性,SN/MP与UH、LH、UH/UW、LH/LW成高度正相关,与UP、UW、LA、LW负相关;研究组女性,SN/MP与LH、LH/LW、UH/UW成高度正相关,与UH正相关;与UW高度负相关,与UP、LP、LW负相关。结论:安氏Ⅰ类错年轻成人上下颌前牙牙槽骨宽度及根尖位置有较多的性别差异。安氏Ⅰ类错年轻成人前牙根尖位置和牙槽骨宽度没有正常人群稳定。 Objective:To study the incisor apex position and alveolar width of the young adults with Angle Class Ⅰ malocclusion for diagnosis,treatment and risk control in clinic.Methods:88 university students with Angle Class Ⅰ malocclusion were selected.12 measurements were made on the lateral cephalograms and compared them with that of the normal occlusion to find out the differences.The relation was analysed between the mandibular plane angle and the root apex position and the alveolar width.Results:The mean values of the incisor apex and alveolar width were established(study group).The upper anterior root apex position in male was more far away from palatal plane and closer to labial cortex than that in female in the study group.The lower anterior root apex position in male was more far away from mandibular plane and bigger alveo1ar width than that in female in the study group.Compared with the male normal occlusion,the upper anterior root apex position was more closer to palatal plane and the lower anterior root apex position was more far away from mandibular plane and closer to labial cortex in male in the study group.Compared with the female normal occlusion,the upper anterior root apex position was more closer to palatal plane and lingual cortex and bigger alveo1ar width.The lower anterior root apex position was more far away from mandibular plane and closer to labial cortex in female in the study group.In male study group,SN/MP was high positive correlation with UH,LH,UH/UW,LH/LW and negative correlation with UP,UW,LA,LW.In female study group,SN/MP was high positive correlation with LH,UH/UW,LH/LW,positive with UH and high negative correlation with UW,negative with UP,LP,LW.Conclusions:There were more differences in the incisor apex position and alveolar width between males and females in the young adults with Angle Class Ⅰ malocclusion.SN/MP has more influence on the incisor apex position and alveolar width in the study group.
