旋后-外旋型踝关节骨折的手术治疗体会

摘要 旋后外旋型（Supination—external rotation type，S．E．R）踝关节骨折约占踝关节骨折的40％-70％，是足处于旋后位时距骨受到外旋的暴力，距骨在踝穴内以内侧为轴向外后方旋转，冲击外踝使其向后移位所致。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ度旋后一外旋型踝关节骨折常累及外踝、后踝和内踝，为关节内骨折，易发生创伤性关节炎、踝关节不稳等并发症。2007年1月至2011年12月，我科采用切开复位内固定方法治疗旋后一外旋型踝关节骨折患者55例，效果满意，现总结汇报如下。
