定坤丹对大鼠中脑内黄体生成素细胞分布的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :研究定坤丹对大鼠中脑内黄体生成素 (LH)细胞分布的影响。方法 :免疫细胞化学SP法。结果 :LH标记细胞出现在中脑的中央灰质的腹侧部和外侧部以及中脑深层网状核 ;定坤丹可增加LH细胞数目。结论 :LH细胞最初可能广泛存在于脑的不同区域 ,以后随着年龄的增长 ,脑某些部位的LH细胞开始出现合成功能减退 ,甚至完全消失的现象 ;定坤丹可维持和延长LH细胞的正常功能 ,中脑中央灰质内的LH细胞与性行为反射有关。 Objective:Investigation of the distribution patterns of luteinizing hormone (LH) positive cells in the mesencephalon and knowledge of the interference of Dingkun dan.Materials and mothods:Wistar rats; immunohistochemical SP method. Results:It is found out that LH positive cells appeared in the mesencephalic central grey matter vertral and lateral and deep mesencephalic nucleus; Being compared with the group taking Dingkun dan, the number of LH positive cells of the control group decreased sharply ( P <0.001). Conclusion: Originally LH positive cells may widely exist in different parts of the brain. And yet, as the age of man the synthesis function of LH cells in a certain area begins to decrease, and even disappears completely; Dingkun dan is capable of keeping and prolonging the normal functions of LH cells, and LH cells in the mesencephalic central grey matter are likely to be related to sex behaviour reflexion.
