摘要
目的 :研究暖宫舒经颗粒对血瘀证大鼠流变学的影响。方法 :寒凝血瘀证大鼠模型活血化瘀作用的研究。结果 :本品能使血瘀证大鼠的血液流变学主要指标明显改善 ,使其血小板粘附率和聚集率明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ;P <0 .0 1)。结论 :实验结果为暖宫舒经颗粒的临床作用提供了理论依据。
Objective:To study the influence of Nuangongshujing Granules on hemorheology of experimental rat with the blood stasis syndrone. Mothods: The research on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis was performed on the rat model with the blood stasis syndrone caused by cold evil. Results: Nuangongshujing Granules could improve obviously the main hemorheological indexes of experimental rat with the blood stasis syndrone, and greatly decrease the adhesion and aggregation rates of thrombocyte ( P <0.05; P <0.01). Conclusions: The experimental result provides a theory basis for the clinical (pp)lication of Nuangongshujing Granules.
