摘要 利用铸造计算机模拟仿真软件ProCAST对转K6型摇枕的铸造过程进行了模拟仿真,预测了缩孔、缩松、裂纹倾向及出现位置,在此基础上分析了实际铸造过程中缩孔、缩松缺陷产生的原因,并根据模拟结果对摇枕铸造工艺进行了优化。结果表明,将ProCAST模拟仿真技术应用在摇枕的生产中,可以有效控制摇枕铸造缺陷的产生,并大大提高摇枕制造质量。 The casting computer simulation software ProCAST is applied to simulate the casting process of K6 swing bol- ster and the shrinkage cavity, shrinkage porosity, crack tendency and their locations are predicted, based on which the reasons for shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity in the real casting are analyzed. With such results, the casting tech- niques of swing bolster are optimized. The results show that the casting defects of swing bolster can be effectively con- trolled and the quality of the swing bolster can be improved greatly by applying ProCAST simulation techniques to the swing bolster.
