摘要
运用正交试验设计探讨了黄花酢浆草叶片总黄酮的微波辅助提取工艺条件,并对提取液的抗氧化性进行了研究。结果表明,从黄花酢浆草中提取总黄酮的最佳条件:固液比为1:80(g/mL)、乙醇浓度为90%、提取时间40 s、微波功率为136 W,测得每克叶子中总黄酮含量为16.39 mg/g。对提取液的抗氧化性研究表明,酢浆草叶片总黄酮对超氧自由基清除率较好。
The study was to research the conditions of extracting total flavonoids from Oxalidis Corniculatae L leaves by microwave-assisted method. The results of tests showed that the optimum microwave -assisted extraction conditions in- cluded: solid-liquid radio of 1:80(g/ml), ethanol concentration of 90%, extraction duration of 40s and microwave power of 136 W. The extracting yield of flavoniods from Oxalidis Corniculatae L reached up to 16.39 mg/g. Meanwhile, flavonoid from Oxalidis Corniculatae L played an obviously role in scavenging reactive oxygen free radicals.
